THE CHALLENGE
ELK wanted a complete redesign of their existing site to coincide with their move away from the Magento platform to Shopify.
THE SOLUTION
The brand new website was launched with a fresh new look that better suited their brand values and philosophy. With drastic new UX improvements, users were now able to have a more fluid and enjoyable shopping experience.
Working closely with major stakeholders, I was tasked to manage an iterative process of ongoing optimisations.
